Remote Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Maxis Berhad is seeking a Remote Web Chat Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This full-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and respond to customer inquiries and concerns through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers. 3. Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 4. Utilize persuasive techniques to promote products and services to customers. 5. Plan and prioritize workload to ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries. 6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. 7. Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 8. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Independent and resourceful personality traits. 2. Strong persuasion and planning skills. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Attention to detail and accuracy in all communications. 6. Strong problem-solving skills. 7. Proficiency in using web chat software and other computer applications. 8. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
