Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

SIRIM Berhad is seeking a dedicated and independent Web Chat Representative to join our team in Johor Bahru, MY. As an Associate Level Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing support to customers through online chat platforms, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer cases - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent project management and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools
