Web Chat Representative

Job Description: Petron Malaysia is seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team as a Web Chat Representative in Malacca City, Melaka. The Web Chat Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat platforms to provide real-time support - Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively - Promote and upsell company products and services as needed - Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and improve service delivery - Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding customers through complex issues

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Excellent analytical skills to effectively assess customer needs and preferences - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service - Driven and motivated attitude with a passion for helping others - Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding customers through complex issues
