Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Web Chat Representative to join our team at Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide support and assistance - Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Assist customers in navigating our website and online ordering process - Monitor chat queues and respond to customers in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Use creativity and decision-making skills to handle challenging situations effectively - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed

Requirements: - Motivated and hardworking individual with a positive attitude - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions - Excellent multitasking abilities to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes - High school diploma or equivalent - Basic computer skills and familiarity with web-based applications
