Job Description:
SIRIM Berhad is seeking a motivated and experienced Web Chat Representative to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via web chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Provide product information and assistance to customers seeking help online 3. Effectively manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously 4. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies 8. Meet performance goals and targets set by the company
Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Strong written communication skills with a focus on spelling and grammar 3. Ability to remain calm and resilient under pressure 4. Confident and able to handle difficult customer interactions with grace 5. Experience in people management and planning 6. Proficient in using web chat platforms and other online communication tools 7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet 8. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously 9. A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
