Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and resourceful Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Genting Group in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating web chat interactions with customers to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through web chat - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products or services - Provide guidance and support to customers in a professional and courteous manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery - Monitor and analyze web chat metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or web chat support - Strong project management skills - Excellent emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly
