Description

Job Description:
-Holding doors open for incoming guests
-Directing customer complaints to upper management and supervisory personnel
-Handing out promotional materials and coupons to customers as they enter retail establishments
-Offering free samples to incoming customers
-Ensuring all entering guests meet security requirements when applicable
-Customer oriented and enjoy interacting with customers.
-Passionate with fashion and luxury retail industry
-Able to work rotational shift (including Saturday and Sunday)
well, equipped with knowledge of the brand, designer and services to provide accurate answer to customer questions.
-Assist with inventory and placement of new product.

Requirements:
-SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
-Good spoken of English, ability to converse in other languages will be an added advantage.
-Self-starter, vibrant, positive energy and presentable.
Location: Pavilion (KL)/ The Garden Mall
Salary: Up to RM3k
