Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner to understand their smart home needs and preferences.

2. Demonstrate a deep understanding of our product offerings, particularly smart lighting solutions, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.

3. Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to customers based on their requirements and budget.

4. Drive sales by effectively closing deals and upselling complementary products and accessories.

5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that products are attractively displayed and readily accessible to customers.

6. Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to provide informed advice to customers and colleagues.

7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

1. No prior experience required as training will be provided.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

3. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and master new products and technologies.

4. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
