Penerangan Pekerjaan - Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator supports sales and presales by assisting in tender preparation, ensuring smooth communication, and optimizing sales processes. Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the release of RFQs or tenders from government ministries and agencies through ePerolehan website.
  • Assist salespersons with the preparation of tender response documentation.
  • Assist salespersons in getting software renewal and hardware maintenance quotations from suppliers and principals.
  • Assist in generating sales quotations, if required.
  • Assist in tender document submission, project contract stamping and cheque collection.
  • Answer customer calls and attend to customers’ enquiries.
  • Maintain and update customer reference sites.
  • Sends out company profile, product brochures and promotional material to existing and potential customers.
  • Source for new customers through cold-calling and online research.
  • Keep up with the latest product updates and features.

  • SPM/Diploma/degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related working experience in similar role.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal and written).
