One of our leading client is looking for an enterprising sales manager. Highly motivated, self-driven sales leader with commendable experience in IT software products / ERP businesses in APAC Region for ADRENALIN - An Intellect Group Company. Experience in selling into countries like Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei will be an advantage.
Location: Malaysia
Position Reporting to: Business Head APAC
Position Overview

  • Responsible to achieve Regional Sales Target.
  • Driving Quarterly/Annual Targets.
  • Increase Market Share thru Strategic Sales.
  • Contribute Regional revenue, collections and profitability.
  • Strengthen the business thru strategic partnerships.
  • Facilitates Customer Satisfaction and Retention .
  • ability to manage partners and on-board new partners
  • Responsible to achieve Regional Sales Target.

Job Description:
Develops and executes aggressive sales strategies to grow revenues within existing customers and expand the market thru new business acquisitions.
• Builds an effective team of sales professionals that consistently exceeds goals and targets.
• Provides day-to-day leadership, direction and feedback to drive performance.
• Coaches Sales Managers/ Executives with a hands-on, team-oriented approach.
• Drives team to deliver ‘Adrenalin Value Proposition’ in the field and to arrive at a highly differentiated solution.
• Monitors the activity of Sales Team and provides motivation for meeting sales goals.
• Ensures customer relationship and retention management.
• Develops executive level interactions with customers and partners to advance individual opportunities and customer connections.
• Ensures thorough adherences of Sales Process and policies.
• Driving accurate Sales Forecast and Maintaining 6x Rolling Pipeline at all times.
• Intelligence on competition / market movement, tracing sales wins and losses
• Willingness to travel across APAC on a need basis for sales meetings, demos & closures
• Work closely with Branding, Marketing, Product Engineering and Delivery teams to maximize
Opportunities and productivity.
Competencies/Skill Set:
• Strong acumen in Sales & Business Development of Software Products & Services
• Solid Leader & extremely self-motivated, driving teams
• Should have excellent communication Skills with acquaintance with regional HR fraternity
• Should have outstanding presentation & negotiation skills
• Successful communicator at all levels with excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates personal excellence, accountability and integrity.
• Ability to interface with external contacts while favourably representing Adrenalin in the marketplace.
Desired Profile:
• Demonstrates a track record of success and consistent achievement of sales goals.
• Can clearly articulate what makes high performance in an individual.
• Last 3 years proven success in achieving sales Targets
• Should have worked at a capacity of Sales Lead and managed a sales team in IT Services or Software product companies with minimum of 6-8 years in APAC countries
• Should have sold HR Software Product or Services in APAC Countries.
