As the main lead person of communication between customers and internal party on assigned areas/customers.
To handle correspondence related to all customer service and marketing activities.
To represent the company in attending meetings with customers, communication & maintain good customer service and business relationships in assigned areas.
To be proactive and establish an effective working relationship with all support departments.
To manage multiple projects at the business and organization level by working with inter-department.
To coordinate, follow up and attend all customer's external audits and ensure compliance to all audit areas by working with inter-departments.
Interdepartmental data analysis by collecting latest data and prepare data presentation to customers (Gantt Chart, Diagram, Tables & etc).
To prepare, monitor, and review the expiry date and terms & conditions of the customers's agreement.
To support company activities and customer's special event announcements.
To provide accurate reports and timely reports to the superior and Management.
To participate in external (RBA, customer-related) and internal audits (ISO, RBA, & etc).
To ensure operational activities meet the department's objectives and achieve department KPIs.
To assist in the preparation of tenancy agreement and support on Admin Operations when required by superior on Management from time to time.
To undertake and execute and ad-hoc assignments or other job tasks as and when required by superior or management from time to time.
Qualification:
Minimum Diploma or Degree Graduates in any field
Experience:
Experience in Sales & Marketing
Fluent in written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
