Penerangan Pekerjaan - Sales Specialist

Job Responsibility

Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
Assisting sales department in all aspects of sales processes, documentation, administrative supports.
Perform data entry
Update database and customer records
Assist in resolving any administrative problems
Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Perform other as-hoc duties assign by management

Job Requirements

Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply; At least 1 years working experience in related field is added advantage
Fast Learner
Good communication skills, customer service skill, planning & management
Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
Able to communicate well in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Looking for a stable and permanent job
High school diploma or equivalent
