Job Title: Sales team Leader Job Description Responsibilities • Directs and supervises sales Agents to achieve and exceed quota objectives • Assists in planning sales strategy and training • Motivates and leads sales behaviors and culture • Manage within operational guidelines at the team level to align with operational requirements of the business units both client & Supplier driven Based on experience this minimum set of skills has been found successful for performing the Service:
  • Diploma / Degree
  • >5 yrs experience in BPO Sales
  • Minimum 3years Team Lead experience
  • Advanced English Proficiency on Verbal and Expert Level for Chat
  • Experience in SFDC and Other CRM platform is an advantage
  • Worked in highly measured sales environment. Contact Rate, Conversion
  • Typing speed: 40 words per min
  • Sign off with Supplier Operations Director
  • Proven aptitude to understand and converse about consumer technology
  • Soft skills –Selling aptitude, professionalism, customer service, telephone time management
  • Ability to demonstrate proficient selling techniques including discovery, closing and overcoming objections
  • Excellent conversational English verbal communication, listening and comprehension skills
Competencies and Behaviors
  • Sales Effectiveness: successfully manages and coaches the Agent in the sales cycle including discovering customer needs, articulating & creating value, handling objections, providing customer solutions with cross sell and upsell opportunities based upon customer need, asking for the sale, presentation skills
  • Motivation: ability to motivate sales team with unique approaches in order to exceed sales goals.
Conducts exploration activities with associates in an effort to maximize sales.
  • Leadership: advocate for change, coaching and developing others, establishes plans, fosters teamwork, influences others, thinks strategically
  • Selling: Recognition of customer’s needs describes HP services and products to highlight our unique value add
  • Ability to hold line with customers: uphold policy and procedures
  • Integrity: honest & realistic communication of HP deliverables and timeframes.
  • Business Fundamentals: constantly applies HP policies and procedures guidelines. Understands and operates within the guidelines given.
  • Call Center fundamentals: knows the business and effectively organizes the sales team’s time and service level.
  • Consistently delivers best-in class customer experience: advocates a customer-focused culture
  • Individual Effectiveness: establishes effective and efficient procedures for getting the work done. Eliminates inefficiencies and roadblocks.
  • Positions products and solutions appropriately to targeted customer segments
  • Actively pursues self-learning and self-development
  • Team Interaction: walking the aisles, double-jacking and performing live call monitoring in order to effectively develop associates.
