Job Summary
This position is responsible for supporting the development and execution of in-house training programs for internal staff across all facilities within the organization. Moreover, this role is requires to identify training needs, design training programs, and ensure that employees receive the necessary training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in directing the design and implementation of all in-house training programs for internal staff.
- Stay informed about external training opportunities and arrange training as needed for internal staff.
- Collaborate with managers and supervisors to determine the specific training needs of internal staff.
- Work closely with managers at all facilities to schedule training sessions that align with operational requirements.
- Support the compilation of data and analysis of past and current year training requirements to prepare budgets and justify requests for funds.
- Contribute to the formulation of training policies, programs, and schedules based on identified training needs, individual department processes, business systems, or changes in products, procedures, or services.
- Assist in organizing and developing training manuals, reference libraries, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
- Collaborate in conducting product training, safety seminars, and other training required to comply with local, state, or federal regulations.
- Help in maintaining training records and documenting specific training as required by local, state, or federal regulations.
- Stay informed about the current car trend, new product information such as model, segments, and specifications in the training field and communicating this information to internal staff.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the organization in various capacities.
- Attend management meeting to provide insights and updates on training-related matters.
- Any ad-hoc tasks or duties that assigned by the management.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in automotive training or a related role is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using various training tools and software.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Able to speak and understand Mandarin (in need to liaise with China customer)
