SENIOR ASSOCIATE/ASSOCIATE, CORPORATE COMMERCIAL/ PUPIL IN CONVEYANCING PRACTICE

Job Description:

Senior Associate/Associate, Corporate Commercial The successful candidate will be part of our corporate and commercial team in attending to corporate finance projects, corporate transactions and corporate advisory work. This includes but not limited to initial public offerings, M&A and restructuring transactions, compliance and regulatory work, fund raising in the capital markets and general advisory & commercial matters. Pupils for our Conveyancing Practice We are recruiting pupils with excellent attitude who have passion to work in this practice. The successful pupils will be assisting the lawyers in the involvement of the end-to-end process in preparing conveyancing-related documents including but not limited to drafting and conducting research and any other tasks entrusted by lawyers from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Senior Associate/Associate, Corporate Commercial Senior Associate must have PQE of minimally 5 years and experience in managing a team whilst Associate’s PQE is minimally 2 years. Both positions should have experience in corporate & commercial practice with experience in IPOs preferably gained from reputable/leading law firms. Well-rounded experience that enables him/her to be able to come up with pro-business legal solutions with strong customer focus. Excellent command of the English Language, enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment and is results-driven. Pupil for our Conveyancing Practice • Strong examination results
