Responsibilities:

As a Senior Graphic Designer your role will be critical in defining and executing the visual direction of the brand. Youll be tasked with:

• Leading Visual Initiatives: Spearhead the development of groundbreaking social media content marketing materials and digital campaigns that embody the essence of the brand.
  
• Advanced Design Projects: Take charge of creating sophisticated marketing collateral including brochures banners flyers and more with a keen eye for design that engages and captivates our audience.
  
• Innovative Email Campaigns: Design compelling email campaigns that not only stand out in inboxes but also drive engagement and conversions.
  
• Ad Creation: Craft visually compelling ads that articulate our value proposition and convert viewers into loyal customers.
  
• Strategic Design Leadership: Guide and mentor junior designers fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within the design team.
  
• Collaborative Excellence: Work in tandem with marketing product and creative teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presentation across all touchpoints.
  
• Content Development: Lead the conceptualization planning and execution of engaging social content. Work closely with our inhouse photographers and video editors ensuring outputs are engaging and align with the brand.
  

Requirements

• Expert Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Mastery of Photoshop Illustrator Premiere Pro and After Effects is nonnegotiable.
  
• Seasoned Experience: A minimum of 23 years in a graphic design role preferably within the ecommerce or related industry.
  
• Portfolio That Speaks Volumes: Your work demonstrates not just your skill but your ability to innovate and engage audiences.
  
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and spoken English skills are essential for conveying ideas and collaborating effectively.
  
• Creative Agility: A talent for infusing wit humor and fun into your designs aligning with the brands vibrant spirit.
