Client Company: MNC cleaning equipment and product provider
Location : Office in KL (heavy travelling within Malaysia)
Remunerations : Basic salary + OT claim + Incentives + allowance
- Performs a variety of routine service activities either in the workshop or outstation at customer site.
- Responsible for providing troubleshooting, repairing, planning of technical / mechanical equipment failures either in workshop or customer site.
- Assess and responds to situations using standard procedures in isolation and fixing problem equipment.
- Completion of all required reporting of service work performed, and other reports as set forth by the Service Manager.
- Answer the customer enquiry, handling customer's request or complaint, and feed-back customer on timely manner.
- Handle spare parts sales & service enquiry, and process be able to meet company and customer expectation.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in Technical Field.
- Min education level: SKM/ SPM
- Able to travel within Malaysia
- Has valid VDL license.
- Strong in demonstrated mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system troubleshooting skill. Must process a demonstrated understanding of internal combustion engines.
- Strong in problem solving, communication, customer handling and decision-making skill.
- Ability to work independently.
