We combine AI technologies with human expertise to analyse data and create insights to understand what has an impact on an organization and their key audiences – from customers to stakeholders, politicians to influencers, and the media.  The Shared Service Supervisor - AP & FA will manage the account payables and fixed asset process for Asia under the shared service model. This position also covers the local role of managing finance operations at the country level including all financial & management reporting and general ledger for the finance department. They are expected to support business and finance operations in the areas of accounting, financial analysis, budget/forecast, audit, treasury, tax & financial information system.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Review the accuracy and timely data into the ERP system in accordance with the fields required.

Ensure the accounts payable process is as per the accounting policy.

Ensure healthy AP and interco movement through continuous monitoring & improvement on the payment process.

Support regional finance for financial analysis (benchmarks, business cases, pipeline record, etc.), drive project management (costs & expenses management, special project, etc) and work with the country head or local liaison person.

Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

Bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting, finance and other related disciplines.

At least 2 experience in a similar supervisory role in a multinational business with a proven track record. Has the ability to lead and manage a team.

Strong technical skills using accounting systems such as NAV, QnE, Oracle NetSuite etc. Familiar with MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Google Suite.

Attentive to details. Can work under pressure with the ability to challenge the current process and make improvements.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to speak in other languages is a plus.
