Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Software Business Analyst with a specialization in WMS and ERP software to join our team. This role is integral to our mission, requiring a professional who can not only understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications but also contribute to our growth by identifying opportunities for process improvement and technological advancement. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business processes and system requirements for warehouse and manufacturing software solutions.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of software features and functionalities that meet business needs.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in the warehouse and manufacturing sectors.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their operational challenges and propose customized software solutions.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during the software deployment phase.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and technological innovations that can enhance business operations and customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the software industry, with a strong preference for candidates with expertise in warehouse and manufacturing software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Independent and self-driven, capable of managing projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Mandarin speaking would be a bonus.

B) BACKGROUND / QUALIFICATIONS

• Min of CGPA 3.4 or Upper Second Class (2.1)
• SPM Result: A for both Maths and Addional Maths (or equivalent)
• Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen interest in technology and staying abreast of the latest industry trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Mandarin speaking is a bonus.
