YOUR MISSION

As a Sales, Planning and Development Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Sales, Planning and Development to execute the sales roadmap and all sales KPIs. You will assist in refining sales processes, maintaining CRM data, facilitating training programs, conducting preliminary sales analysis, and supporting the creation of go-to-market strategies for new products and segments. Effective collaboration with various departments is essential for the success of your role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Head of Sales in crafting and refining the sales roadmap (objectives, goals, strategies, actions plans and measures).
  • Engage closely with Key Account Managers to monitor and analyze sales KPIs against benchmarks, providing actionable insights to ensure targets are met.
  • Contribute to the development and upkeep of versatile sales tools that enhance the team's selling capabilities, including the CRM.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to gather feedback on sales processes and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to implement new marketing ideas and initiatives.
  • Liaise with the Finance team to ensure alignment and accuracy in all reported numbers.
  • Support the creation of go-to-market strategies for new products, segments, and markets.
  • Assist in coordinating sales-related initiatives across different departments, including Pre-sales, Finance, Customer Support, Product and Marketing.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales planning, data analytics, finance, accounting or related data-centric roles. Candidates with existing experience in financial institutions / B2B sales will be an added advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Passionate, driven, and able to maintain a high degree of motivation.
  • Willingness to familiarize yourself with complex sales processes and tools.
  • Analytical mindset capable of transforming big data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and meticulous execution.
  • Display initiatives in being prompt and punctual.
Successful candidates will be required to work at Bangsar South area and may be required to travel as and whenever required.
