Requirements:

Diploma / Certificate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
Possess strong interest in problem solving and is hands-on in resolving technical issues.
Good interpersonal skills.
Computer Literature.

Scopes:

Supervise or perform rectification / upgrading works at the common area of the development.
Conduct periodical operation meeting with appointed service providers to discuss areas of concern and monitor the progress for improvement.
Conduct periodical inspection at the common area and take actions promptly to resolve deficiencies.
Attend customers’ queries and complaints and provide assistance and actions promptly to resolve the matter.
Maintain close collaboration with all team members to achieve work standard in a timely and efficient manner.
Assist the Property Manager to establish and implement maintenance policies and procedures.
Execute maintenance activities under the maintenance plan and follow the schedule for full compliance to the company Standards and SOP.
