Hi, we are looking for the candidate who have passionate to join us as a part of our ONITSUKA TIGER Family. The work location is open for Penang_ (Onitsuka Tiger Penang Gurney Plaza Store).

Main Role:

Reporting to Onitsuka Tiger Store Manager/ Retail Operation Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for assisting the overall daily operation of the store to maximize sales and profits by taking ownership and responsibility for all aspects of store operations, while playing an active role on the sales floor.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure store operational requirements as per set Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results all the time.
• Performing all time excellent customer service by demonstrating strong selling skills and meet sales goals with maintain store staff’s job results also providing advice for staff performance improvement. Attend to customer complaints and ensure they are tactfully handled.
• Handle sales transaction in POS and ensure 100% accuracy and follow set standards of cash deposit as per the company policy.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards and ensure store windows and in-store visual merchandising are in line with brand’s guideline.
• Monitor and maintain retail store inventory level and feedback to Merchandising Manager and Retail Operation Manager up on sales trend and movement.
• Ensure proper stock receiving (physical / system) and processing and arranging as per set standard. Perform weekly / monthly / yearly stock count and control process according to company’s guideline.
• Assisting to prepare and submit effective monthly staff duty roster, attendance report and other related reports such as Sales Tracking on Daily / Weekly / Monthly sales report.
• Ensure 100% implementation of promotional and marketing event organized by brand marketing team.
• Other operational tasks as assigned by the immediate superior or Retail Operation Manager.

Qualifications:

• Male/Female, age 25-35 years old and passionate in fashion with pleasant personality.
• Must possess at least SPM/ Diploma or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of retailing with at least 4 years and above of store management experience. Specialize in customer service with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Solid ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high sense of responsibility and strong organizational skills, ability to recognize and react to changing work demands is required.
• Goal oriented with the ability to create winning results. Possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership qualities and managerial skills
• Confident, dynamic, proactive, sales-oriented, motivated with committed work attitude
• Computer literate and good numerical skills
• Strong proficiency in English, bilingual is preferred
• Commit to work on shift, long hours, weekends, and Public Holidays as needed.
