Job Description: Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a skilled Support Manager to join our team in a remote work setting. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of support staff, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role requires someone who is driven, resilient, and possesses excellent presentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement support policies and procedures - Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement - Provide escalation support for complex customer issues - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support
Requirements: - 6 years of experience in a customer support role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position - Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention - Strong communication and presentation skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred - Certification in customer service management is a plus - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
