Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Support Representative to join our team at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad. This is a remote work position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions - Handling customer complaints and escalations in a professional manner - Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records - Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge - Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers effectively - Creativity and decision-making skills to solve problems efficiently - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
