Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce UNIFI's internet services.
• Engage prospects in friendly conversations, highlighting the features and benefits of our internet packages.
• Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers through effective communication.
• Identify sales opportunities and guide prospects through the process of selecting the right UNIFI package for their needs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirement :

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to engage and connect with people over the phone.
• Enthusiasm for learning about UNIFI's internet offerings and effectively communicating their value to others
• Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus but not required.
