Telesales/Telemarketing Executive

You are a Telesales/Telemarketing Executive with some experience and a burning ambition to

change the way Malaysians manage their money. Your sales role is centered on helping everyday Malaysians make better financial decisions by providing affordable products. What You'll Do

• Outbound Telesales/Telemarketing, cross selling to existing customers various Financial Products

• To ensure monthly sales target are met (KPI)

• Educate customers on the benefits of the product and the services

• Good communication skills, telephone etiquette, patience, persuasion, the ability to work under pressure, and teamwork.

• Use a prepared script to influence customers and define eligibility

• Follow organisational standards to maintain quality service

• Contribute to team effort by working effectively with others

• Approach supervisor with any questions, concerns or troubleshooting issues

What You Have

• Proven experience in telesales, any products, we'll train you!

• Outstanding phone etiquette

• Good communication skills in both English and Malay language

• Good interpersonal and selling skills

• Persuasion and sales skills

• Ability to work under minimal supervision

• Great sense of humour and fun!
