• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Educational Technology, Computer
Science or a related field.
• 1-2 years of working experience in sales, experience with e-learning or
education technology industry can be beneficial.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools would be advantageous.
• Proficient with MS Office 365.
• Added advantage for candidates with experience in CRM software (e.g.,
Salesforce) for efficient data management and customer relationship tracking.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail to prevent or minimise errors in sales documents.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Problem-solving skill in resolving issues related to inquiries, or communication.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

· Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively communicate product advantages.
· Create compelling presentations and proposals tailored to the needs and goals of prospective clients.
· Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the e-learning solutions.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their requirements and providing relevant solutions.
· Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and informative manner.
· Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage marketing materials and campaigns to drive sales.
· Collaborating with the team to achieve overall sales objectives.
· Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure deals.
· Ensure timely and accurate order processing and documentation for successful closures.
· Provide ongoing support to client’s post-sale, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience.
· Act as a liaison between clients and the company's customer support and technical teams.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and deals.
· Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
· Stay informed about the competitive landscape and market trends in e-learning.
· Identify new opportunities for growth and product development based on market research.
· Continuously update knowledge and skills related to e-learning products and sales techniques.
· Participate in training sessions and workshops provided by the company and principles.
