Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations - APAC As the Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations - APAC, you will play a pivotal role in aligning strategic objectives with operational efficiency. This position demands a seasoned professional with a proven track record in developing and executing strategies while optimizing day-to-day operations to achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to achieve business objectives in the APAC region
• Lead the optimization of operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategic goals and operational execution
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform strategic decision-making
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall business performance
• Oversee the implementation of operational policies, procedures, and best practices
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
• Provide regular reports and updates to executive leadership on strategy and operational metrics
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, risk management, and revenue enhancement
• Stay abreast of industry developments and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, driving both strategy and operations in the APAC region
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of achieving business objectives
