Job Description: As an Account Receivable officer, you need to handle and monitor all customer accounts, aging, and credit terms and limits in order to make sure accounts receivable are controlled in a timely manner and mitigate any potential bad debts by working closely with the Marketing and Customer Service team. To achieve the Company objective of secure business growth and collection as equal priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up overdue accounts by utilizing phone collection techniques, dunning letters, email legal counsel and visiting customers to make sure customer payments are received on time according to credit terms.
2. Reporting
Update the aging report on a weekly basis and follow up on the action plan after the weekly collection meeting, to ensure appropriate action is taken on overdue accounts.
3. Control risk of credit
Perform customer background checks to reduce the risk of bad debts. Update and ensure the business partner system is up to date from time to time.
Perform month-end closing to ensure the processing of the account’s receivables is accurate and efficient. On time submit reporting before the deadline.
