Behaviour Mentor Monday-Friday #removed# term time only We are seeking a well-organized, proactive, and flexible individual for the role of Behaviour Mentor to work in an alternative provision supporting children with social emotional and mental health. As a crucial member of the Behaviour & Inclusion Team, the Behaviour Mentor will play a key role in providing support for students facing social, emotional, and/or behavioural challenges. This role involves helping students overcome barriers to learning both inside and outside of school, empowering them to achieve their full potential. Provide one-on-one mentoring and support for students with behavioural challenges.
Develop and implement personalised strategies to address behavioural issues.
️ Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create and implement support plans.
Monitor and track progress, providing feedback to relevant management. Qualifications:
Relevant degree or qualification in Psychology, Counselling, Education, or a related field.
️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with students with behavioural challenges is an advantage. All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
