As a strategist on the Brand & Content Strategy team, your role is to help articulate the unique value that IBM brings to customers and apply deep knowledge of our target audiences to define and map customer engagement—in the right place, at the right time, with value provided at every interaction. We inspire the most powerful, innovative and effective creative work that advances and supports our brand all the way through demand generation. IBM Japan is looking for a Brand, Creative and Content Strategist in our Malaysia office to help our team build brand relevance, consideration and demand through brand and content strategies that engage, inspire and progress clients, partners, and prospects to choose IBM. You will cultivate a deep understanding of the enduring core ideas and beliefs of the IBM brand to translate them into a powerful and differentiating force for the company using strategy, design, website activation, content, advertising, social media, etc. Your primary responsibilities will include:
