Project Engineer
A project engineer is responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines needed to complete a project. The project engineer works to plan projects, establish project criteria, coordinate project reviews, and ensure the proper implementation of project elements.
Responsibilities :
1. Report to General Manager (if available) or Managing Director.
2. Completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements.
3. Maximize project efficiency and profitability.
4. Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management.
5. Determine project specifications and acquire the necessary materials for completion.
6. Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements, and reviewing bids from contractors.
7. Develop scope and parameters for project design and implementation
8. Identify project responsibilities, delegating phases and elements to the appropriate personnel.
9. Determines project specifications by studying product design,customer requirements, and performance standards.
10. Develop and control the full project-plan.
11. Completes technical studies and prepares cost estimates.
12. Maintain budgetary, scheduling, and project database oversight, and report regularly to project manager to keep him/her constantly informed of job progress, plans and problems that could significantly affect costs or schedule.
13. Confirms product performance by designing and conducting tests.
14. Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project Elements.
15. Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
16. Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions
17. Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
18. Controls project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts.
19. Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.
20. Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
21. Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
22. Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection.
23. Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering and backing up data.
24. Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
25. Maintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
26. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Business Development Executive
A Business Development Executive, is responsible for overseeing the process of business development within company to promote its longevity. The duties include working closely with other company executives and management teams, meeting with potential business partners and maintaining existing client relationships and monitoring market trends to come up with new business ventures.
Responsibilities :
1. Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly
2. Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
3. Identifying new revenue opportunities.
4. Building business relationships with current and potential clients
5. Attending networking events to attract and retain clients
6. Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business
7. Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development
Documentation.
8. Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
9. Collaborating with management on sales goals
10. Support the team with other responsibilities as required
11. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
12. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices
13. Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
14. Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
15. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
16. Familiarizing with all products and services offered by company.
