Description

1. Procurement (issue D0/PR/PO/Price comparison).

2. Invoice Tracker

3. Bulk and Cylinder order fulfillment

4. Tanker Monitoring (Diesel/Touch n Go)

5. Tanker Maintenance (Puspakom/Service/Port Pass)

6. Request for quotation from supplier/sub-contractor and subcon Payment

7. Price negotiation with supplier.

8. Assist on tender exercise (Bill of Quantity/ Tender Specification and etc.)

9. Preparation of support document for Tender

10. Lead, implement and maintain all policies, activities, procedures, instructions required by the ISO 9001:2015.

11. Update/monitor/maintain documents in project file.

12. Any other reasonable assigned duties from time to time from the management.
