• Able to use EPLAN is an added advantage
• Good to have UPS knowledge

Responsibilities:

Summary:
• Designs uninterruptible power supply systems (UPS) and prepares the technical project documentation.
• Develops the technical solution based on customer needs, quality aspects and cost efficiency.
• Supported either by Application Design Engineer, Senior Application Design Engineer, Application Design Manager, Customer Project Technical Leader or Customer Project Technical Manager.
• Work closely with the project team (Project Managers, Technical Manager), he has good relations to R&D and Procurement, he is responsible for the project related support required by Assembly and Testbay
Solution Support
• Responsible for keeping engineering mile stones according to the agreed project schedule, any changes and adjustments have to be done in agreement with Project Management.
Solution Design
• Creates the UPS drawings with the help of the E-CAD System according the inputs received from (Senior) Application Design Engineers and Customer Project Technical Leaders/Managers.
• Supports the Application Design Engineers and Senior Application Design Engineer in their work (particularly in the creation of the BOM)
• Preparation of project specific technical documents (technical data, test- documents, calculations, …) supported by the (Senior) Application Design Engineers and Customer Project Technical Leaders/Managers
Operations Support
• Preparation of assembly documentation (BB-Blue Binder)
• Preparation of testbay documentation (GB-Green Binder)
• Preparation of Change Instructions (CI)
• Provides support to assembly and testbay at the shop floor
