Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Education Consultant in Penang. The Education Consultant will be responsible for providing educational consulting services, including program and institution selection advice and guidance. The Education Consultant will also engage in customer service activities, communication, and consulting to ensure clients' needs are met.

Job task and Responsibilities:

• Attend to students queries quickly and professionally.
• Advising potential students and parents on education opportunities locally and abroad
• Provide effective counselling & application service to students & parents who are looking for the Universities and Colleges locally and aboard (e.g Malaysia,Australia, Canada, UK , USA , Ireland etc)
• Promptly follow-up on leads, course applications, enrolments via social media platforms.
• Counsel the students, handle student queries, and process student applications to various universities/colleges overseas.
• Liaise with Universities and Colleges in Malaysia, Australia, Canada, UK and USA and convert the inquiry into application.
• Maintaining accurate ledger and records of students counselled and applications made.
• Follow through leads and student inquiries, requests and provide information and assistance as required.

Skills and Experience:

• QEAC (preferred but not required)
• Minimum 1-2 year's experience in Education Services
• Aggressive in achieving enrolment target and a good team player.
• Knowledge of schools and partnership in northern region
• Knowledge of ovesea education and student visa
• Experience in Counselling students for studies abroad/locally.
• Good writing and communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide prompt customer service.
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Proficiency in Microsoft office. PowerPoint and Excel
• Able to generate reports as directed from Branch Manager
• Poses own transportation
