EIP Supervisor

Job Description

• Conduct Early Intervention Programme (EIP) in a small group setting with a teacher to student ratio of 1:3.
• Develop, execute and adjust Individualized Educational Plan as required.
• Create lesson plans and necessary materials.
• Record students' progress.
• Meet parents for progression update.
• Oversee, support, supervise and lead a team of Special Education Teachers.
• Quality check and quality enhancement for the service delivery.

Job Requirements

• Experienced in educating children with developmental disorders or disabilities.
• Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in special education or related fields.
• Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin is advantageous.
• Collaborative team member. 
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to work autonomously.
• Effective communication with parents caregivers and healthcare professionals.
• Commencement in May/ June.
