Position : Executive, Digital Marketing

Reporting to : Vice President, Business Transformation
Salary Range : RM3,500.00 to RM4,000.00 per month
The position holder is responsible for promoting products and services on social media and other potential online platforms using various digital marketing techniques, aside from ensuring smooth implementation of digital marketing campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist on the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing;
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify the current trends, opportunities, best practices and target audience insights;
- Create engaging and relevant content for digital marketing initiatives, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and other digital advertisements;
- Optimise and enhance website content and user experience to improve search engine rankings, traffic, and conversion rates;
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts to assist with data-driven decisions;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the Design, Development, and Sales Team, to align digital marketing initiatives and activities with the overall business objectives; and
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing;
- Have proven experience in digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, with a strong track record of successful campaigns and result-driven outcomes;
- Able to work with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot);
- Have a good understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page optimisation techniques;
- Have excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and identify actionable insights;
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and efficiently with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
- Good creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous learning.
