Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

• Responsible in scheduled food sampling in accordance to SOP of SGS unless otherwise specified by client and conduct hygiene audit as per check list specified.
• To ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with the ISO 17025, SAMM policy, laboratory’s QA/QC system and SGS GCSC requirement

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES

• To conduct sampling in accordance to SOP of SGS unless otherwise specified by client.
• To record proper sample marking / identification as per SGS SOP unless otherwise requested specifically by client.
• To conduct hygiene audit as per check list specified.
• To handle customer as per proper protocol.
• To submit samples (food, water, swab, air monitoring) as per SGS SOP.
• Assist management in fulfilling the requirements for the effective implementation of the overall work process loop from customer enquiry to collection and submission of samples and records.
• Timeliness and accuracy on handling executions on ground at client locations and submission of reports as per KPI on the required date & time.
• Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by senior management are kept confidentially and restricted within SGS premise.
• Adherence to SGS Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy by uphold a good safety behavior and exercising necessary standard and process when carry out your responsibilities at all times to ensure compliance to the HSE requirements.
• Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management

Qualifications

PROFILE

• Minimum education on degree from any food science related field from recognized university/college.
• Minimum 1-3 year experience and fresh graduates are encourage to apply as training will be provided
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Willing to travel as and when required.
