Role Overview

As an Insurance Planning Consultant, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their insurance planning needs. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to learn the intricacies of insurance planning, develop essential skills, and contribute to the financial well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation: .Engage with clients to understand their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and long-term goals. Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify gaps in coverage and recommend appropriate insurance products.

Customized Solutions: Collaborate with senior consultants to develop personalized insurance plans that align with clients' individual needs and preferences. Present tailored solutions to clients and address any questions or concerns they may have.

Product Knowledge: Participate in comprehensive product training sessions provided by our experienced team. Gain a deep understanding of our insurance products, including their features, benefits, and suitability for different client scenarios.

Sales Support: Assist in preparing client proposals, insurance applications, and other documentation under the guidance of senior consultants. Ensure accuracy and completeness of paperwork to expedite the insurance approval process.

Education and Training: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge of insurance planning concepts, sales techniques, and product offerings. Take advantage of mentorship opportunities provided by experienced consultants.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior consultants and other team members to leverage collective expertise and resources. Collaborate on client cases and share best practices to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

Sales Aptitude: Basic understanding of sales principles and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Client Focus: Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to assist clients and build long-term relationships.

Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Professionalism: High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
