Responsibilities

1. Conduct classes according to the Cambridge curriculum.
2. Create a positive learning environment.
3. Motivate students with enthusiastic and creative class activities.
4. Ensure continuous progress and development of students.
5. Prepare teaching materials and resources in accordance with the syllabus.
6. Prepare and mark quizzes and examination papers.
7. Meet requirements for the assessments and report student’s progress.
8. Provide constructive feedback to parents.
9. Evaluate students' courseworks, assignments, projects, and presentations.
10. Responsible for classroom management and monitoring student discipline.
11. Organise and participate in all school events such as co-curricular activities, sports day, field trips, and concert nights.
12. Work collaboratively with all faculty members to plan and coordinate assigned tasks.
13. Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc tasks, and other duties when required.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree/Professional Degree in Maths, Accounts, Education, or any relevant field.
2. Excellent command of English in both written and spoken.
3. Familiar with IGCSE syllabus with at least 2 years of teaching experience required.
4. Good communication skills and time management skills.
5. Willing to work in a team and follow instructions given.
6. Dedicated and passionate about education.
7. Able to work extra hours when required.
8. Having a positive attitude, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
9. Able to commence work immediately.
