Senior Manager, Enterprise Security Architect

Role This is a senior level role with exposure and experience on researching, planning, developing, integrating Enterprise Security Architecture across Prudential Group, in Asia regions, Africa continents and U.K. Primarily focus on:

• Define enterprise level security architecture direction.
• Collaborate with Group and LBUs Enterprise Architecture functions.
• Conduct information security risk (1LoD) and gaps analysis/assessment.
• Define security architecture and patterns.
• Support architecture design process and Business Apps Security.
• Lead and drive security capability identification for new solutions.
• Provide security advisory and consultation to business.
• Collaborate and support Engineering function in ensuring deployed technologies function as intent.

Competency General Profile:

• Define strategic roadmap on Enterprise Security Architecture and security patterns for Prudential.
• Focus on developing security capabilities workplan and processes with Enterprise Architecture (EA) functions.
• Participate in security capabilities, technologies evaluation and draft out recommendation proposals for adoption.
• Identify and prioritize critical security requirements in collaboration with organizational stakeholders.
• Perform security reviews and assessments to recommend security risk management measures.
• A senior role within the function in providing guidance and mentorship to junior members.
• Support Senior Group Manager, Enterprise Security Architecture on assigned tasks and assignments.
• Support Group Information Security & Privacy (GISP) mission statements and assignments as tasked.

• Propose enhancement to existing solutions that are aligned to Enterprise Architecture principals and business requirements.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure security requirements and risks are documented and implemented.
• Sense of ownership with assignments and personal career growth.

• Proactive in identifying enterprise security architecture issues, gaps, and proposed changes for enhancement.
