• Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
• Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
• Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX. Who are we looking for?• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Self-motivator, independent, cooperative, flexible and creative
• Strong understanding and interest in Internet technologies
• Experience in one or more of the following skills: Microsoft .Net 3.5/4.0 Framework with VB .Net, as well as VB6, ASP .Net, C#, and web scripting such as Javascript, CSS, XML, Crystal reports
