Reporting to : Sr Director (HQ)

Working location : On-site

* Assumes a broad base leadership role in aligning the business and finance strategies to support the company’s growth. * Responsible for the entire operations of the Finance Dept and act as the chief financial advisor to the Management.

* Head of Finance Department exposure will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees the entire spectrum of the Accounting and Finance functions.
• Ensures regulatory compliance at all times such as the MFRS, IFRS, SOX, Companies’ Act, Income Tax Act, Group accounting and financial policies.
• Drives continuous improvement in financial reporting, budgeting, profitability analysis and processing systems.
• Enhances internal controls to safeguard financial and operational integrity
• Participates at high level business and operational discussion and provides solutions and sound financial advice to the Management.
• Manages the company’s exposure to market, financial and operational risk.
• Supports business contract review and negotiates financial and commercial terms and conditions in the best interest of the Company.
• Leads critical and large scale projects in the capacity of Head of Finance Department.
• Provides leadership and mentorship to the Finance organisation
• Anticipates and strategize actions to meet the future needs of the department and the Company.

Salary: RM20,000.00 - RM40,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Overall finance department operations management: 8 years (Preferred)
• Head of Department of Accounting & Finance department: 5 years (Preferred)
