We are seeking to recruit an experienced Year Leader for our Primary School who is ready to inspire and enthuse a community of children, teachers and parents. Experience of working in internationaleducation and the Primary school ages are strong advantages. As a relatively young school, we are seeking passionate educators who have a strong desire to work as coaches and mentors so as to further develop the very best pedagogical practices in and out of the classroom.
The first responsibility of any leader at TIS Puchong Primary School is to aid learning, both for children and for members of our faculty. The second responsibility of any leader at TIS Puchong is to get the best out of the teachers they lead and help them grow as educators and as leaders. The third responsibility of any leader at TIS Puchong is to model the Taylor's RECIPE, enriched with the Taylor's outcomes in all of our interaction within our school community. The fourth responsibility of any leader at TIS Puchong is to help the school to be a sustainable, reputable provider, attractive to local and international families. The year leader is expected to work in close collaboration with the Assistant YearLeaders. Our preference would be for professionals who have gained significant experience with the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) and who are able to take a leading responsibility in our implementation of the IPC.
The position is available for April 2023. This position will report to the Head of Primary or any other person designated by the Principal/Management.
