• To develop After Market (AM) dealers network and expand sale opportunities for CSE products.
• To support Insurance Telematics by providing support to AXA personnel.
• To develop CSE Fleet business via available channel I the market.
• Prepare monthly sale report.
• Develop a strong and close working relationship with Dealer and foster a regular contact (weekly) and collaborative working relationship with dealer and key dealer personnel to increase option sales and sales to existing customers.
• To have sufficient knowledge of product for sales at Dealers to promote with confidence and enable a close working relationship with dealers.
• Ensure that marketing materials and sales tools are available at the dealers and are up-to-date at all times.
• Conduct presentation on CSE products and equipped dealers with strong product knowledge to convince customers for purchase.
• Assist the dealer where required by presenting CSE products to clients introduced by dealers using sales and presentation materials and demonstration tools.
• Assist in ensuring that all payments are received from business partners/customers in a timely manner. Follow up on subscription renewal.
• Ensure target sales turnover volumes are achieved at all times as a primary KPI and assist in achieving the company’s overall sales and business objectives.
• Support all marketing and sales activities and attend all internal meetings and events when required.
• Ensure dealers and customers are kept up-to-date with our products and services including new products and updates at all times.

• Able to demonstrate a successful track record and achievement with a minimum of 1- 2 years’ experience in a business to business sales environment. Sales experience in automotive dealer sales would be an added advantage. However successful track record in Office Equipment, IT, Telco, or network services would be acceptable.
• Minimum Diploma or relevant working experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese speaking is essential and preferred.
• Willing to work long hours when requested and required.
• Good time management. Punctual and on-time for appointments.
• Highly responsible with positive work attitude.

• To perform and complete part validation against all complaint parts returned by customers within 5 working days from date parts received.
• To alert the Superior on wrong diagnosis, new or high repeated claims while validating the returned defective parts.
• To learn and collaborate with other personnel and/or department on the diagnosis methods, troubleshooting and repair when faced with new claims and technical issues.
• To prepare a preliminary Technical Analysis Report for validated parts to support warranty claims rejection.
• To carry out part repair service on all repairable parts received.
• To ensure repair parts are repaired and completed within 3 working days from date of the parts received.
• To update and maintain a proper record and filing system for all repair jobs carried out.
• To ensure “Zero” Come Back Job (CBJ) on all repair job completed.
• To clean and refurbish all “NTF” (No Trouble Found) parts received upon validation, before returning it back to inventory.
• To undertake any other tasks or duties as may be reasonably required.
• Be aware of the risks and opportunities related to the tasks assigned.Be aware of the needs and expectation of interested parties and the consequences of failure in quality and environmental controls.

• Diploma/Degree in Electronic Engineering or any related field.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in similar field. (Fresh graduate can be considered).
• Computer literate.
• Good analytical skill.
• Good communications skill – written and oral.

• Windows and Linux server administration.
• Maintain and support network and system Infra.
• Monitor system and network health status.
• Perform system and application update.
• Put in place and maintain backup and recovery procedure.
• Maintain and support ISO27001 procedures and requirements.
• Maintain and support CEO house network and system.
• 24×7 on call.

• Master or Bachelors in Computer Science or relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of system administration experience.
• Experience in Windows and Linux server administration.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP.
• Experience with network appliances (routers, switches, firewall, pabx etc).
• Experience with open source servers such as OpenVPN, Nagios, Qmail, Apache, Samba, MySQL.
• Experience with AWS cloud.
• Able to be on 24×7 standby.

• Understand each department’s (e.g. Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals.
• Provide administrative support (e.g. marketing tools and material are available and stock updated with dealers).
• Get familiar with personnel duties.
• Participate in company’s strategic planning.
• Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data).
• Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk.
• Create and give presentations.

• A degree in any field , preferably business, marketing, IT etc.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must have own transport and willing to travel.
