Job Responsibility
  • Maintain Records and Organization: Safeguard the integrity of our financial records by maintaining a well-organized filing system. This ensures all accounting records and related documents are properly kept.
  • Handle Full Set of Accounts: Manage the full spectrum of accounting activities, including general accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax, and treasury functions. Ensure that financial reports are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monthly Financial Analysis: Prepare monthly financial analysis reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
  • Auditor and Tax Agent Liaison: Collaborate with auditors and tax agents to facilitate audits and compliance activities.
  • Accounting Matters: Assist in various accounting matters, including statutory reporting requirements, annual budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Group Financial Reporting: Contribute to group financial reporting by preparing consolidation schedules, cash flow reports, and annual reports.
  • Special Projects: Engage in special projects as directed by management, requiring the involvement of the Accounts department.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your superior, contributing to the overall financial well-being of the organization.
Job Requirements
  • Education: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or a relevant field, demonstrating a strong foundation in accounting principles.
  • Relevant Experience: Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Computer Skills: Exhibit proficiency in common bookkeeping and spreadsheet programs, showcasing your strong computer skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Be an analytical thinker and problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
  • Team Player: Have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow directions accurately.
  • Language Proficiency: Be fluent in both English and Mandarin (speaking and writing) to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • MS Office: Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications, which will be essential in your day-to-day tasks.
  • Immediate Availability: Candidates who can start immediately will be given an advantage.
