Process Technician

Responsibilities:

1. To perform maintenance, set up equipment and trouble shooting on machines.
2. To support engineering study to address various process quality issues and machine improvements in terms of quality, reliability, reduce machine downtime, improve machine capacity, cost reduction / avoidance and cycle time reduction.
3. To support engineering for data collection on process – engineering and qualification lots.
4. To ensure no major equipment breakdown and support equipment 6S in the production line.
5. To carry out improvement activities, buy off of new equipment, modification, qualification of machine parts and improve on machine uptime.
6. Line improvement activities.

Requirements

1. Diploma in Electrical & Electronic / Electrical / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
2. Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.
3. Must be able to work on 12-hour rotating shifts.
4. Able to read, write and speak English.
5. To be based at Simpang Pulai / Gopeng, Perak.
