Senior Resident Engineer (Omnissa / VMware Workspace ONE)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Resident Engineer (L2/L3) to lead, optimize, and manage our enterprise-scale Omnissa / VMware Workspace ONE infrastructure in Malaysia. This is a high-impact, full-time role designed for a technical expert who thrives on solving complex endpoint management challenges and driving proactive platform maintenance.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent / Contract

Salary: RM 10,000.00 - RM 12,000.00 per month (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary L2/L3 technical support and subject matter expert for Omnissa / VMware Workspace ONE environments.

• Perform daily proactive maintenance, performance tuning, health checks, and capacity planning for enterprise UEM architecture.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, infrastructure incidents, and advanced integration challenges.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional enterprise teams and stakeholders to deliver seamless modern endpoint management.

• Document technical procedures, incident reports, and architecture updates systematically.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of overall IT experience, with at least 3+ years of advanced, hands-on experience specifically in Omnissa Workspace ONE / VMware Workspace ONE UEM administration.

• Depth of Knowledge: Strong, independent technical proficiency in enterprise L2/L3 infrastructure support and endpoint troubleshooting.

• Legal Right to Work: Must possess a valid work permit or authorization visa to work in Malaysia.

Preferred Certifications (Not Mandatory but a Plus):

• Official Omnissa or VMware Workspace ONE professional certifications.
