I am representing a Japanese MNC which is well-known for their electronic product in imaging and copier solution which based in Selangor to look for a Presales Engineer to join their dynamic and well reputable team.

Job Summary

The primary objective of this role is to support the company in identifying and securing business opportunities, particularly in the corporate and government segments. This involves meeting sales targets and maximizing the potential of the company's products.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide pre-sales advice on software products and technical matters to both internal teams and external clients such as developers, end-users, and system integrators.
• Develop and execute content for core products across various events such as webinars, physical launches, and training.
• Manage projects efficiently, including customizing products and software solutions that involve multiple parties mentioned above.

• Project Management Able to relate with various stakeholders

Critical Work Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in presales or technical support. For instance, printer and business scanners.
• Experience in application programming, device firmware, or software customization with proof-of-concept support and in-depth network systems knowledge is advantageous.
