Sales Engineer | Penang

1. OBJECTIVE 

 Develop new & maintain existing customers, promote FS Curtis compressed air product & solution to achieve sales revenue set for the given Northern territory. 

 Maintain good customer relationship with all existing customers and increase customer shares, with create customers’ need that improve customers’ productivity. 

2. JOB DESCRIPTION 

 Aggressively explore the given territory to identify new segments & new customers who could benefit from the assigned FS Curtis products, generate new sales opportunities. 

 Plan and organize sales activities, solution presentation…etc. to identify and fulfill customers’ needs and transform the opportunities to sales orders. 

 Gains customers’ acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operational improvements in using FS Curtis products. 

 Periodically perform SWOT analysis for own territory, competition analysis, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback. 

 Prepares sales activities reports timely and accurately by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information, engineering and application trends. 

 Cooperate with credit & finance department to improve the performance of receivables collection & reduce overdue. 

 Cooperate with service operation and business support teams to achieve customer satisfaction. 

3. WORKING EXPERIENCE 

 2-5 years in technical / industrial sales 

4. KNOWLEDGE & SKILL 

 Industrial equipment sales handling 

 Selling to Customer Needs 

 Sales Presentation Skill 

 Product knowledge 

 Computer literate.

5. EDUCATION BACKGROUND 

 Degree or diploma holders in technical discipline. 6

7. WORK STATION 

 Penang, Malaysia (Home base / mobile base). 

 May require to travel within Peninsular Malaysia from time to time for short duration.

 Ability in communicate with suppliers and manufacturers from China & Taiwan in Mandarin.
